If you are having trouble down loading pictures (we have found this to be associated with AOL type providers) you should:

1. Connect to the Internet using "AOL".

2. Minimize "AOL" (this will maintain web connection)

3. Start Internet Explorer (5.0) or Netscape(4.7) or later versions.

4. Download documents containing pictures - I am told this works fine.
